2024 Summer Ringette Camp Details

week one

PROGRAM DATES
August 6th to 9th

LOCATION
Acadia Recreation Complex
240 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2J 6P6

DETAILS
U14 Morning
Skaters – 8:30 to 11:15 am
Goalies – 9:45 to 11:15 am

U16 Early Afternoon
Skaters – 11:30 am to 2:15 pm
Goalies – 12:45 to 2:15 pm

U19 Afternoon
Skaters – 2:30 to 5:15 pm
Goalies – 3:45 to 5:15 pm

All sessions include 1 hour of power skating and 1.5 hours of skills,
drills and scrimmage time daily.

week two

PROGRAM DATES
August 12th to 16th

LOCATION
Acadia Recreation Complex
240 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2J 6P6

DETAILS
U14 Full Day
Skaters – 8:30 am to 3:15 pm
Goalies – 8:30 to 10:00 am

U16 Full Day
Skaters – 8:45 am to 3:30 pm
Goalies – 2:00 to 3:30 pm

Each session includes 3 hours of daily on-ice instruction.
1.5 hours of power skating and shooting
1.5 hours of skills, drills and scrimmage time
1 hour of dry-land conditioning
1 hour of nutrition, mental training and mobility instruction
45 minute supervised lunch 

week three

PROGRAM DATES
August 19th to 23rd

LOCATION
Acadia Recreation Complex

DETAILS
U10 Morning
9:00 to 11:15 am

U12 Afternoon
Skaters – 12:45 to 3:30 pm
Goalies – 2:00 to 3:30 pm

U10 session includes 1 hour of power skating and 1 hour of skills, drills
and scrimmage time daily.
U12 session includes 1 hour of power skating and 1.5 hours of skills, drills and scrimmage time daily. 

week four

PROGRAM DATES
August 26th to 28th

LOCATION
Acadia Recreation Complex

DETAILS
Active Start
9:00 to 11:15 am

Sessions include 1 hour of power skating and 1 hour of skills, drills
and scrimmage time daily.
